Old Fashioned Ring Bologna (Trail Bologna tied in a ring to cook) isflavored with Salt, Pepper, Garlic and whichever meat you choose to use! This easy bundle takes the guesswork out of making a classic meat snack.

We make these with beef and venison but it\’s also great forelk or bison withpork trim or fat mixed in too! Aim for fat content totaling around 20% by weight.
